Castillon's Family Mexican Restaurant started operations in 1997 at it's orginal location on Link Lane in Fort Collins, Since then, we have become one of the best-known Mexican restaurants in Fort Collins.  In Janaury of 2011 Castillon's moved to it's current location at 4010 So. Collge Ave.
